Chef Tony’s cooking style was developed in the heart of the Creole culture, New Orleans.  According to Tony, people confuse Flavor with spice. Our food is all about Flavor and not about Heat. At Creole Catering we work hard to develop the flavors of the word with the flair of New Orleans Cruisine.

We do not have a specific menu, we have recommendations that work together with our customer desires, to design a memorable food experience.  We look forward in designing a menu that will tantalize your palette.
